The intersection of defects can be defined by introducing localized degrees of freedom supported on the codimension-four intersection locus. We compute the partition function of the  4d/2d/0d coupled system. In a simplest example, we identify the partition function with the dual Liouville four-point correlation function (with a generic degenerate insertion). We also extract the same partition function from the Higgs branch localization point of view, which gives the geometric interpretation of the defect gauge theories as the worldvolume theories of the Seiberg-Witten solutions on C2.
